The Why

Every bar menu has a dozen cocktails and one Sprite for the person not drinking. We think that's a missed opportunity, not a compromise. Kyndo is built the way a good cocktail is — real ingredients, real technique, nothing apologetic about it.

Yuzu + Lemongrass

Bright, tart citrus with a lifted herbal edge. Dry, clean finish.

Hibiscus + Tamarind + Chili de Árbol

Deep ruby, tart and sweet-sour, with a slow-building warmth on the finish.
